On ED meds and have a mildly enlarged prostate. Over the last few years I have found reaching orgasm a somewhat unattainable goal. I’d say I have a 25% orgasm rate at best. Can fuck forever which has its pluses but I’d really like to improve my cum to not cumming ratio! Any one have anything similar or advice? |

Are you possibly on anti depressants as well, they are well known for causing issues with climaxing.
Have you spoken to your GP about this? |

Relax, don't try to cum? I'm similar, or I was, I have relaxed more and it's far easier and better |

I know working nights with less sleep really takes a toll on spunk volume, sometimes last so long , a woman can only take so much of a pounding before pussy starts drying |

I've been on anti depressant for the last few years, and I have trouble cumming when having sex. Never used tonhave trouble. |

An interesting thread, glad someone started it so thank you.
I’m also on ant-depressants and other meds following a heart attack. I also find it difficult to climax. With a female and or on my own, it really starts to show that majority of females don’t want you to have sex for ages… while Iv not had direct complaints, you do get asked to cum. So I take it she’s had enough…
But as a guy it gets frustrating, I don’t need to climax to have enjoyed the experience, but I think it leaves some feeling as though they weren’t good enough?
When it’s actually us.

That is spot on advice. Read the patient information leaflets, as the symptoms and odds of getting them are documented. |

This is why communication is key. Let your partner know before you start: forbearance then foreplay. |

Not on anti depressants and yes, spoken with GP in depth. It seems it’s mostly attributed to age, the only other option is to try more extreme forms of sex to see if they’re more of a turn on. |

It’s good to share. 😊
Anti-depressants are widely known to stifle orgasm.
Having sex is great and enjoyable but failing to orgasm takes away some of the shine, if I’m being honest. I think it’s also quite hard not to feel an element of resentment of your partner who’s merrily having orgasm after orgasm while yours remains elusive. |

Just to clarify… I am NOT on antidepressants and I HAVE spoken very candidly to my GP. She is aware of everything. We have monitored my testosterone for almost two years and it’s been in the mid-teens for the last year +. I can’t be the only one not on meds with this issue!?!? 🤔 |

Just to add; I was late diagnosed ADHD and started on some meds (atomoxetine)and one side effect can be described as a pre climax climax, which is not quite when you are ready to but neither what premature ejaculation is described as.
It's more like a heavy precum and you can go again so in some ways it can be good but annoying in others.
hope this helps someone. |

I was on SSI's 5 years ago, with that and a circumcision which lowered sensitivity I find it really hard to come. If I am with a new partner it is usually ok, but I have to be in a certain position or nothing happens and I get too hot. As others have said I can go for ages, cialis and viagra work fine. |

Yes, this happens with an enlarged prostate, I find if I stop my medication for a while the ejaculation is normal which is heavy for me, like you alluded to the plus side, you can have sex for hours fully erect , not every woman’s ideal partner but does give you options in the bedroom |

"Tamsulosin caused me to be unable to ejaculate when I was on it.
Oddly I still felt an orgasm but just no cum.
"
Similar here, wonder if I should stop taking it for short time and if there's any improvement |

For me its more anxiety based when its with new people.
Never have an issue with the wife at all.
Clear communication that i may not cum initially with new people works for me. The right people will understand, if they dont...we weren't the correct match anyway. |

For me I suspect it's the insulation effect of a condom robbing sensation, doesn't mean to say I don't enjoy the ride though. Bareback is an option but I need to have a lot of trust and for my partner to want that |

I think bareback for me is more mentally, the idea of flooding a woman with cum instead of filling a condom is more of a turn on. That also effects me |

Tamsulosin and finasteride here for enlarged prostate and no or very little cum now. Still get the sensation of cummin but no actual ejaculation |
