Tbf, a lot of this advice actually does work. It's amazing what exercise - walking/weights/running, eating the right food- quality protein shake in the morning and cutting out processed food, drinking lots of water and getting 7-9 hours of sleep will do.
Doesn't just help with maintaining an erection, it actually helps to make it feel fuller and bigger. |

The “side chick/new pussy” will probably ‘boost’ your cock in the most direct way. Erections are driven by excitement, the other advice about a healthy lifestyle is all relevant, and good to incorporate in to your life, if you don’t already, but always remember; dicks are driven by desire……😉👍 |

A trip to your GP is the best plan. ED is often a symptom of other conditions (diabetes , heart disease and low testosterone for example) so its best to get yourself checked out properly.
Improving your lifestyle with better diet and exercise is always going to be beneficial, but it won't necessarily fix the issue on its own.
Oh and the theory that ED is purely due to lack of desire is complete and utter bollocks. |

"I can't maintain an erection any advice or tips that does not include the little blue pill"
Tell your doctor the blue pill gives you chronic indigestion or headaches and doesn't even work. Ask about Alprostadil aka caverject... They work 100% no side effects as long as used in accordance with the instructions. You'll fcuk like a porn star for 2hrs...only thing that stops you is your health and stamina...in which case refer to the earlier posters advice on being healthy LOL |

Go the GP always good to have a check over…
But as others have said… life style changes help… better foods…better exercise….better sleep…
Not always about the drugs you can take… just try to enjoy more of the basics …. Exercise…good food… good rest. |

Sildenafil doesn’t give you an erection but helps you maintain one.
If there is no physiological arousal response, there is little point in taking meds for an erection when it doesn’t happen in the first instance. |

Get a check-up from the GP and work through your options. What works for one person may not for another.
Improving diet, and getting regular exercise helps, but if you've consistently been overweight and unhealthy through the years, you are likely to find that won't completely resolve the issue. Sadly, age is a fight we can't win.
Try different things like cock rings, prostate massagers, new experiences etc to amp up the fun. Worrying and expectation exacerbates the issue. Enjoy the fun you have. |

I’m sorry to hear about your issue.
But remember, you have ten fingers and a tongue.
Stop focusing on performance and just have fun. Sometimes the pressure to get hard is a vicious circle that works against you. Relax and you may surprise yourself |

All been said here. If you're serious about fixing it.
Visit your GP and have a full set of tests just to give you a starting point.
Make sure they check your mental health as well all the physicals like all bloods etc. If they aren't helpful go find a reliable online health check. You can often get promotion deals.
I'd highly recommend a therapist for a period of time to help you navigate your life style changes.
But yes
More sleep
Less porn
Less masturbation
More healthy foods
No vapes or cigarettes
Water
Less alcohol
Exercise.
But if you want quick fix. New experiences and pills . |

If you both believe ED only happens in relationships where the guy is tired of, or bored of their partner, you obviously have never experienced ED in a loving relationship. It's not only a horribly offensive assertion, but complete BS. BS which can be very harmful to those reading your post who are trying to overcome or work around the difficulty.
The OP needs to get a GP check up to rule out any underlying cause,or even a medical issue which might be exacerbated by ED pills. |
