Boys, tell me about your prostate issues

Lets talk prostate health!

Some of you may know, I am obsessed with pegging and teaching men how good it can make you feel, and all the ways you can orgasm with a bit of Pspot play, doing my bit to convince men to lose the shame about it.

However! Those of you who are suffering with enlarged prostates or even have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or hyperplasia, do you feel that massage would help relieve symptoms? Would it still feel good? Would you be able to orgasm, or would massage be just enough, or maybe too much, you dont want ANYTHING near it.

What could I be doing, holisticly, for men who are having problems?

Even tell me instinctualy, if you read this far, what was your gut reaction to thinking about prostate massage? (Calm down, its not an offer!)

Did you think...yeah that would feel amazing, or was it more, fuck no! The pain, the discomfort!

And finally, has your doctor ever suggested massage to you? Tell me all about it!

Cheers lads, I know its not a sexy topic, but neither is a vaginal smear test.

Tell me everything!

How would a prostate massage help with the symptoms of BPH? I don’t think a massage is gonna replace the effectiveness of a TURP, physiological BPH causes problems from ureteric compression, no end of massage is going to eliminate that.

Also massaging someone with prostititis is a sure fire way of causing a systemic infection which can potentially lead to sepsis.

This seems like an ill thought out post.

Egregious internet ideas?

What idea would that be? Let me be very very clear here, I am not asking anyone to follow any internet ideas or 'cures'. I am asking how to make someone with prostate issues feel good, not cure them.

I'm uncertain why you have a vaguely hostile response, and I would encourage you to move on to the next thread if THIS particular one upsets you so.

Let me be clear, once again...I am not offering medical advice, Dear Reader, just your experience with prostate issues.

I've got an enlarged prostate with all the issues that go with it. Clear of prostate cancer though - checked. I see massage is recommended as a therapy if done properly as it relieves the pressure. Sounds good to me.

When mine was removed 12 years ago it was 98% cancer. Luckily it hadn’t spread outside the prostate and twice yearly tests have proven I am still prostate cancer clear (yes the cells can migrate and you can still have prostate cancer somewhere in the body)

I had no symptoms and it was only caught by accident.

Guys, whether is prostate or testicular cancer, you know how it’s all supposed feel/behave down there.

If you’re unsure get a PSA tests for your prostate (especially if you’re over 40) and, as they used to say when loading muzzle loading muskets “check your balls for roundness!!).

I was diagnosed with (likely) prostatitis years ago, and the thought of anyone trying to get anywhere near it fills me with a really uncomfortable anticipation of pain and discomfort.

So...no pegging for me.

Do you think massage would feel good, or do you feel it would aggravate your issues?

It would be good to be able to relieve pressure a bit, like a good hard heel massage when you have plantar fasciitus. You know the discomfort will come back, but not for a while.

Hmmm, I know how to check breasts for lumps, but not balls!

Roundness? Are we checking for pebble sized lumps in there too or just symmetrical roundness?

When cancer cells spread, they call that metastsised dont they? Congratulations from being free all this time later!

Would you mind me asking what sex is like for you now?

I suspect it would feel good and could help. No worse than sitting on a blooming tennis ball anyway!

63 this year and I have an enlarged prostate. Last couoke of weeks I have had a hard.time of it constant needing to pee even when I know my bladder isn't full.

Pain on ejaculation.or nkt being able to at all and even then.not fully.

Feeling constantly embarrassed and discomforted.

So the thought of someone pegging me for their own sadistic pleasure is a no from me

This post really shows how little women understand the very real problems men face with this.

Not enlarged (well not beyond the normal aging process) PSA well within normal for my age. I have played about with anal toys in an attempt to understand/attain prostate pleasure/orgasm to absolutely no avail. So to me I'm doubtful of anything happening with me and a prostate massage

A very, very interesting take on this subject. Do you generally believe all women only do things to men for sadistic purposes, or to cause them terrible pain and embarrassment?

Sorry you're in pain pal, may you recover quickly.

But the silver lining is that...you are perfectly healthy! Isn't that wonderful!

I know this is off topic a bit, but have you ever listened to Mindgasm? I follow a few pegging forums (shocker, right?) on Reddit (I think Ruby Ryder and I were separated at birth) and Mindgasm is very highly praised...IF that sort of thing interested you?

Not all women maybe but there are a lot of women out there that do. Looking at a few answers few men find prostate massages pleasurable and with the greatest respect your post seems to be about what you gain from doing this.

Also I do get the feeling that you are generally uninformed about what problems and discomfort and embarrassment an enlarged prostate causes. Like I sat the idea of receiving a prostate massage after the week I have had with mine is horrendous.

I wouldnt let a medical professional do this to me let alone a sadistic for their gratification.

And by the way, I looked up if such a massage is used and have nor seen a single thing in favour of it.

Men get castigated for their ignorance of women's problems constantly yet this op shows women are just as ignorant.

I'd think that men who have just been told they have prostate cancer wouldn't turn to a lady in Glasgow to explain the joys of pegging, as the biopsy they are more than likely about to go through will make pegging childs play.

But I may be wrong.

Once the word cancer is discussed the roller shutter comes down and it can be a dark time for some men.

My prostate doesn't know if it is coming or going..

Ive had so many 'oscopies up there in recent years that far from finding it difficult to pee, it's too easy. Not very attractive if you are having sex.

If a,woman can't hold it in, she gets lauded as a gusher. A bloke becomes dribbler.

Maybe mildly amusing with everyone watching on the grass at Eureka but far less so in someone else's bed!

I'm hoping to get a magnetic valve fitted but they are not popular with the giant incontinence industry and you don't want to either lose the magnet or enter a strong magnetic field!

Apologies to any of you who have read my story before..

I would absolutely love an experienced prostate massage, it seems like a good way to keep things healthy. I’ve tried it myself with a small vibrator and the orgasm is weirdly different because no cum comes out but is it possible for that to happen to if it’s done properly?

Well, maybe you should read through some of my verifications and you point out how many of them mention domination, humiliation and punishment or pain.

Go on, go have a research and see if you can find a hint of any aspect of what you incorrectly assume all women are like. I've already said what I get out of it.

If you cant stand my questions, you dont need to keep engaging with me you know.

Rosie, I'm terribly sorry you are going through this, and I hope your biopsy comes back with an all clear. This will be an anxious wait for you.

I cannot stress enough that my questions on my original post, were all about how we can make you feel pleasure, just not immediately while youre in crisis. That wasn't my statement, nor were they my words.

I would never be so grossly vulgar to ask if you want pegged, and honestly, I dont know ANY person that devoid of humanity that they couldn't set aside lust until you were well enough to ask for your needs to be met.

Please, please know I do only wish for your continued well-being and should the day come that you wish to explore your sexuality again, then I hope you meet someone like me, who only wants to make you feel joy.

Should you ever wish to chat privately, I'm here to listen.

Obviously, as a woman, who I assume is from a non-medical background, it's unlikely that you've have detailed knowledge about male prostate issues. Even if you do enjoy pegging.

I say this as a man who could be described as mostly gay. People learn new things every day. None of us are the fountain of all knowledge.

I'm not Sir, I'm a woman.

Taking to the extreme you say.

I don't think having a cancer diagnosis can be much more than extreme.

Yes, many prostate cancers caught early can be curable but the side effects from treatments either, gland removal, radiotherapy and ADT can be quite catastrophic and life changing, from incontinence to total sexual disfunction.

I can't see any analogy you refer too but it is obvious you have no idea the complexities of cancer, its treatment, its ongoing side effects whereas, I do.

I'm happy you may be of service to some men with healthy prostates but I would stay clear of those who have recently been diagnosed or within active treatment as they are in quite a vulnerable state and could reach out for support and/or advice from someone who is obviously ignorant of the position and journey they are experiencing.

Probably best just concentrate on the guys who haven't been diagnosed and have healthy prostate glands that you can milk all day long.

Thanks for your response.

I tried to point this out at the beginning of the post but OP tried to proclaim her innocence to it and then went on to further dig in on her ideas and show what I am hoping is naivety and not malice."

I could be wrong, but from reading what she wrote, I'd argue it's the former.

I also don't think I have a lot of skin in the game here to have much bias.

"Lets talk prostate health!

Do you think you might be taking this to an extreme, Sir?

I am not a grief counsellor.

The question was, how to make someone with issues feel good. Your analogy is absurd, and you then became outraged over your OWN over the top made up story, that I never actually asked.

I will give you this though, I DID actually ask about cancer, because AS YOU KNOW, prostate cancer survivability is actually pretty good. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??

It means, that those men might actually still enjoy sex! I KNOW RIGHT? The fucking shutter might roll back up and some men...might be pretty happy living life again, hey?

What do I know, I'm just some lady in Glasgow, asking how that man could be given pleasure, in a forum on a kink site. The audacity.

I'm not Sir, I'm a woman.

Taking to the extreme you say.

Most women have very little knowledge regarding prostates in general, hence the naivety.

Many many trips to see consultants over the years , and many many different tablets ! Only to be told I have to learn to live with the pain !! My prostate is twice the size of an average man !!! But no consultant is interested anymore ! Just saying it’s a complication from the vasectomy ! Bloody nightmare guys ! Don’t have the vasectomy if you can avoid it do so

Sorry to hear that, mate. I never had to worry about that all, until quite recently. I'll still avoid a vasectomy, regardless of circumstances.

Over the last 20 months, I’ve been in twice for prostate biopsies, 12 taken the first time, 62 the second time, all came back negative, so that’s good and I can still get a hard on so that’s good, I’m now on 6 monthly PSA blood tests, had one two days ago ,

It's looking now like three of us joined this thread for non kink related reasons.

Coincidentally I was vasectomised back in 1986 but have never thought of blaming my prostate trouble on that.

However, I'm now wondering if shagging everything which moves, daily or more often, since then could be partly to blame.

Even so, enlarged as my prostate is, it will never catch up with the resultant penis enlargement!

And what did your last results come back as..??

Recently had mine done and it came back as 5.0, the Dr at the private clinic said the higher reading could be down to a number of issues but he advised me to see my GP to get an examination done nonetheless.
