Wouldn't surprise me if number of politicians have it after watching Prime Minister's Questions the other day. Whilst most of the MP's were spaced out to abide by the 2m rule, you could clearly see a number of people clustered close together near the speaker.

I’m not Ill but Based on what he’s said I just did the official 111 online test and made it sound quite a lot worse than him apparently I don’t need a test just need to self isolate. So he’s either lying to us about his symptoms or the government test system isn’t working properly

Yes he’s running the country along with his cabinet, who are coordinating the action plan, the financial support, trying to get medical supplies in etc. So yes it’s right he’s been tested and I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone he’s had close contact with isn’t tested as well.

Purely because if his symptoms get worse someone needs to step up, what if that individual is ill too.... contingencies need to be put in place

If he had closed the borders, ordered quarantine, bought tests etc, we would be three weeks behind Germany not three weeks behind Italy.

A couple of weeks ago his plan was to get the population infected, which would have completely broken down the NHS, infected and killed more NHS staff as well as the public. I have already answered that question in great detail. But Angela Merkel followed the example set by China, saw it coming and has had remarkable results.

They closed up the borders, quarantined and tested. You would think that as an island we would have been better positioned to isolate ourselves.

We went against the advice of the WHO and now that we have shut the stable door long after the horse has bolted we are patting ourselves on the back.

It's mostly to do with who they are. If they don't get what they want or what's best for them then they'll complain bitterly to the hilt.

The same people who applauded him yesterday for giving them a decent package today are laughing at his misfortune. It's mostly just about ones own selfishness.

As has been said critical thought rarely comes into these formums, it's mostly either personal because they don't like someone or personal in being about themselves.

Separating the person and what they say is often missing.

To anyone who is laughing and gloating at him getting it, you're sick, deeply sick.

I can't understand why comments like this are allowed to remain here when I am aware of others receiving bans for saying far less but using similar phraseology.

I can't understand why people can't read the rules and understand them

Mods protect users being abused, as far as I know Boris isn't on here

I get that, but such comments are deeply unpleasant and not in the slightest bit necessary. I'm not a Boris voter, but to wish someone bodily harm is totally unacceptable in my _iew.

Wow...some of the comments on here are a sad indictment of the calibre of fabbers and people's concern for their fellow humans.

I'm not a great fan but am eternally grateful we have Boris and his cabinet leading this country during these awful times. They have an impossible job to do.

You are forgetting that the reason we are in this mess is because of a course of action Boris embarked on. I remember you telling all about how good herd immunity was, were you thinking of Boris's pregnant girlfriend then.

By taking the 'herd immunity' route he put many vulnerable people in danger. He didn't mind that. Now we are pointing out the irony of him being in a situation he plannef for us.

Has Boris given us money from his pocket? Or has he borrowed money that the people of the UK will be paying back for a long long time?
