Amongst all the doom and gloom, we have to look to the future. What good things could come out of this?

I hope to see homeworking becoming the new norm. We have the technology so why not?

Perhaps we will rediscover community?

Surely there has to be something good to come from this?

Hopefully the smaller independent shops (that people have been turning to due to shortages in the supermarkets) will continue to benefit.

Hopefully people will not take their basic freedoms for granted.

A lot of people will have clean houses and tidy gardens, many spare rooms will finally be decorated, people will appreciate teachers, nurses, doctors, health care workers, retail staff etc more and lots of people will finally have an excuse not to meet that annoying friend for a drink.

Not sure about the spare rooms being decorated, once the bulk stock of toilet rolls etc have depleted then perhaps so

The WHOLE healthcare system will be overhauled, funded and resourced properly. The politicians will 'listen to the science' and not use it as a political football.

Hoping that after this people will use the NHS more appropriately rather than clogging up A&E for minor ailments. Attendances are down already so hope this will be the case moving forward

Amenities tips shut so no way of getting rid of rubbish.

Hardware shops shut no way of getting decorating materials.
