I use it to see what one of the hospital consultants is saying. He's very controversial and just says what he thinks. It's usually what some others think but dont have the balls to say it themselves  |

The consultant I follow is always to the point. I sometimes worry about the stuff he says though lol |

Hospital consultants on twitter....indeed!
I worry about following naughty accounts because "liking" anything shows up to your followers... Which caught me out once in the past...
But I'm not sure I'm organised enough to have more than one account without getting confused and posting to the wrong one
