"I've been invited there by a couple a few times but I didn't realise it was an actual thing, I thought it was only them who went there lol.
Is there a specific area? "
Yes far side of the beach near the factory |

Well was sunny when I left home but cloudy in kenfig long walk to beach still nice but I'm sure there's a quicker way? I walked from the cafe down bridleway that touches Pyle golf course half way down? Is there a better less sandy path? |

"We are hopefully going to Kenfig tomorrow looking forward to the trek but it’s all worth it haha "
It’s a shame it’s low tide about 2pm, fancied a skinny dip today, might pop down this evening for a swim! |

Lovely there today don't get why everyone hides in the dunes tho when the flat smooth beach is much more comfortable and even the multople females on their horses didn't complain when they stopped to chat with me . Was there for about 4 hours in total . Can't really put the protection on my back properly god knows how others cope when sunbathing alone? But I was sensible with turning over and moving around regularly |

"It was so nice there yesterday might even go back tomorrow 🌞"
Yeh agreed I'm considering tomorrow too I liked it there Sunday when there was a fair bit going on, Friday though was quieter, I like it busy and active . Tho non stop sun I know that's good but I like a break from it too ie bit of cloud or sunshade |

"Can any of you kind souls DM me directions with a dropped google map pin if poss of how to find the places to be at Sker and Kenfig please.
TIA"
Park at the kenfig nature reserve and follow the sandy bridleway to the left of the cafe building all the way to the beach . About mile walk maybe less. Sker is the same place as Kenfig . Mind the car park ensure you've paid anpr working there |

Went down Friday for first time, must have walked about 40mins when i got to beach, but i didn't know were to go, so probably looked a bit of a plonker, Tom Hanks castaway, eventually found a few right at the end bathing, not sure of right or wrong setup, do you bathe in same area or away from everyone else, as gets a bit boring when on own and if you sat next to someone does that look like your after something, so not sure of etiquette/right/wrong |
