Help cant watch webcams

Iv just got the new galaxy note2 but it wont let me watch the webcams in here. Can someone help me with my settings. Pleassseee

Need to look at the varying software in the play store.. adobe and shockwave etc.. they sometimes work on my galaxy s3 but the actual chatrooms can be problematic even with a bigger screen.
