Hi all apologies I've had to make you all wait for a date for this. I can now confirm a venue is booked for the 30th of March in Carmarthen.
I've spent alot of time finding a really good venue and I have a few ideas for making it a really good social mixer and reduce the "sitting in one spot syndrome" that lots of social fall victim too occasionally.
Please send me a private message if you would like to attend and I will add you to a list to receive the invitation link.
Couples will be prioritised with limited spaces for singles. £15 per couple ticket £10 for single, will also include a free drink each.
Event will be private event no members of the public but is a strictly NO PLAY EVENT. This is a social event to meet like minded people and make connections.
Venue to be announced to ticket holders 5 days before the event.

Agreed. This was advertised quite a few weeks before FC; shame they couldn’t have avoided this date. Having said that, there’s so many organised events at the moment free weekends are hard to find. |

Hi all, unfortunately due to the fact we didn't hit the desired numbers the nature of this social has now changed. It will be held in a public venue, not private. Please let us know if you would like to attend.
Really disappointed we haven't got the chance to put on the social we wanted but the amazing huge numbers of socials in the area seem to have been a factor. A great thing for our community, but maybe a problem for those of us near to Carmarthen ha ha. Keep your eyes peeled for the next date, we're not giving up |

That’s a shame that the numbers weren’t where you needed them to be. We decided not to purchase tickets as we were slightly put off when we saw the low number of spaces for single people vs couples. Just wanted to give you an explanation. X |

Due to the numbers not getting high enough to have book the venue exclusively for us, the event is no longer ticketed and will just be a social gathering in a public setting, discretion and your best behaviour appriciated. If you'd like to attend send me a message. Still lots of us attending x |

I went to a few Carmarthen socials in the past. I’ll definitely look into going again sometime, but I can’t make this one, unfortunately.
Hope it goes well. Smaller gatherings can be just as good . |
