So I think he's modified his offer from last night.
I was asked to live with him and have protected sex for the first 2 months of our relationship and only bareback from the 3rd month.

So... After some negotiation we have nailed down the figures
The house is 369,995, so I'll need 5% deposit (about 25,000 with solicitor fees, and near 9k in stamp duty) then maybe 10k to furnish it all.
Assuming 100 a booking
So I will need to make 44k to start so that 440 men I'll need to fuck in the next 6 weeks to make sure we get the house. That's going to 73 a week so 10+ men a day. Every day.
