Any fabers know or do physio or injury massage !
Need someone who knows what they are doing just had plaster off from broken ankle and also injured arms and shoulders after falling off ladders .
On waiting list for local hospital for physio , been told could be a while before I get seen !
need to get on with recovering asap!
