It's a nice (but a tad pricey) hotel. There's not much around it but Caerleon has a few nice bars n restaurants

Recently stayed in CM and was surprised how much it had changed and looking a bit shabby these days and not vfm in my opinion

I much prefer st David’s in the bay as lots to do
