Hi guys. Another newbiee couple here no doubt asking the same old questions. But we visited chams in Newport a few weeks ago and found it to be very quiet. Is that normal or did we hit a bad night ? We read a lot of reviews before going and found the place to be friendly and fun. Bit of a maze but that added to it lol. Just very few people there. |

It was about 3 weeks ago we went. So not sure the BBW had an effect that far away would it ? "
Could have been Oasis and other events going on. You’ll sometimes find if there are other swing events going on, some weekends can be quieter as a lot of people don’t tend to do the club plus an event if it’s a big one (like the Welsh Invasion at Swindon Swingers for example).
The hot weather really hasn’t been helping either |

It was bloody warm in there. But didn’t find that a problem personally. And there was a concert on yeah |

20th June there was a big private party in Cardiff
21st June the Welsh invasion to Swindon
Teamed up with pride weekend in Cardiff and it was a very quiet weekend x |

It was the weekend Oasis were playing in Cardiff (4th and 5th). Think there may have been other gigs/swing events on that weekend but not sure |
