Chams Newport - Good for First Visit?

Hi,
First time poster here just looking for some helpful info.
Myself and my wife have been on the site for a while and enjoyed playing on the cams from time to time but as yet haven’t had any in persons meets.
We are interested in a first visit to a swingers club and would like to get thoughts on Chams in Newport for first time swingers.
From what we’ve read it seems to have less facilities compared to some other places and we’d like to know whether this is a good place to go for a first visit to a swingers club.
Any thoughts or info about what’s inside Chams in Newport would be appreciated

Chameleons Newport was our first club visit back in August. We’ve been back twice since and going again on Friday.
We have enjoyed our visits there because we love being watched and watching others.

It's a lovely friendly place. I go with a playmate and have always found people to have fun with.
Like everywhere it can be different every time depending on who is there but sitting in the bar ,couples will come to chat and get to know others. If you say on here when you are going people will at if they are going and meet you in there to show you around. It's a maze and bit run down but has a lovely atmosphere |

It’s such a shame it’s the only club in Wales!!
It’s not the best club.
Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed then.
Try and arrange to meet people there as they will make your night and not the club it’s self.
Enjoy yourselves.

It’s definitely a good place to start your club journey at. It’s a bit dated and well worn, but most of the members are very welcoming and staff can’t do enough for you. It will give you a good idea if clubs are for you or not, then when you visit others (like Swindon, Darleston etc) you’ll feel much more comfortable and less like a rabbit in headlights! It has its bad points, but that’s no different to anywhere you go |

I think this really sums up Chams/Greenhouse. As a regular visitor, in my opinion, you get out what you put in. Be sociable and chat with others and you'll be made very welcome. The building isnt the best, but it's the people who make it what it is. Hope you have a great time if you decide to go x |

some just wear a towel provided on entry with locker key others wear lingery . there is an unlicensed bar you can bring your own alcohol if required jacuzzi sauna 2 BDSM rooms loads of private or semi private play rooms , some rooms showing porn , outside upstairs smoking area . GH room , its a bit of a rabbit warren |

I’ve been to CHAMS quite a few times now, and honestly, the best way to experience it—especially if you’re new—is to go on an event night. My very first time there was during the BBW Swingers Night, and it made a world of difference. I’m originally from Canada and used to visit clubs back home, so I know how nerve-wracking that first step can feel. But at CHAMS, the event nights usually have a host or hostess who’ll show you around, help you get oriented, and introduce you to people. It really takes the pressure off and lets you ease into the vibe naturally.
You can also go on a regular Saturday “bi night” where you don’t need a membership, but in my experience, it’s much smoother when you either go on an event night or you already know a few familiar faces. Otherwise, you might end up sitting around waiting for the right moment to start a conversation—or waiting for someone to approach you. With an event, the social flow just happens more naturally.
As for the club itself, CHAMS is genuinely a great space. Plenty of different play areas and rooms, a big jacuzzi, a sauna, and an overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere. People there are pretty easygoing once you get talking.
So if you’re thinking about checking it out, my recommendation is to keep an eye on the forum, sign up for an event night, and go when there’s a bit more structure and social energy. It makes the whole experience much more relaxed, enjoyable, and confidence-boosting.

Was out first club experience and still our regular go to club as its local. We've had some great nights there and have made some good friends there.
Its a bit dated as some have said but you get what you put in.
We do enjoy the event nights but had some fun regular Friday's too.

The club is used by people of all shapes and sizes. There is no prejudice to anyone and it would not be tollerated by the club.
As for guys, by going on a friday it does make a difference that men do know etticate of how to conduct themselves. If they dont, they should be reported to staff immediately. |

As a large lady myself, I can assure you you will not be judged at all, just be confident in your curves. There are BBW/BHM nights which are always busy and there's a great atmosphere.
If you have unwanted attention just be firm and if it persists, report to staff x |

I am a very big lady who went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and no-one battered an eyelid.
There were single men but all were polite and respectful. |

I go on a Saturday night & there are several gorgeously curvy ladies there, it's a true feast for the eyes  It's my fave night to attend, I'm very much larger, I go alone most of the time & always feel comfy in my wobbly skin X |
