Can anyone give me some basic advice for first time visiting chams in Newport?
Is there parking?
If we have a couples membership what's the fee on the door?
What do people generally wear? My wife and I are nervous for our first visit so want to wear as much as possible without being too overdressed, we're a bit on the shy side and this is a first step for us.
We're not looking to visit until January.

Parking is available on the road outside.
I think the couples entrance is £28? Plus your sign up fee. I can’t remember as it was a while ago but I’m sure someone here can advise.
As for what to wear, women generally wear lingerie or naked under a towel, guys shorts, boxers, pants or naked under a towel.
I was similar first visit so I wore a little lingerie style dress with lingerie underneath for my first visit and a pair of heels. I then switched to bodysuits (felt more comfortable in these than a 2 piece) and flip flops as my feet couldn’t take the stairs in heels all night! I’d advise both of you to wear flips flops/slides as around the jacuzzi/shower area can get wet and slippery and the carpets can feel a bit rough underfoot. I’d advise Mrs to take a small bag for locker key, lippie, condoms, perfume etc. Towels are provided, if you like a bit of extra coverage ask for a large one.
Hope this helps, it’s a great club for first timers, so enjoy! |

Various rooms ranging from closed to open. Most have locks so you can stay private if you like. Couples room with a one way window/mirror, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, glory hole room, 2 dungeons with swings in each, orgy bed, cinema room and a room that’s pitch dark if that’s your thing….. all very dated but ultimately it’s just a room to enjoy! It can be like a rabbit warren for your first few visits, so just ask for directions. Once you’re used to the layout and where everything takes you, you’ll be fine |

"That's great, thanks for the info. Do you need a coin or anything for lockers?
Is there a bar? Is it cash only or can you use card?
"
Hi, no you don’t need a coin for the lockers.
You take your own alcohol but the bar sells soft drinks and food. I highly recommend the ham and cheese toasties
Payment is via card or cash |

A numbered locker key is given to you on entry - this also acts as your tab number.
Bring your own alcohol which is put behind the bar with your number - soft & hot drinks along with food are ordered at the bar and the tab is payable on leaving by cash or card. |

That's great, thanks everyone. Last thing, is it best to wait for one of their "event" evenings or are all Fridays pretty good?
As much as we don't want to be overwhelmed it's preferable to visiting a ghost town. |

You can normally tell by the forums if it'll be busy. Albeit not everybody comments but you can get an idea. I would recommend an event night first |
