Honestly, google is your friend here, 90% of sites are actually 1 google search away, the key is waiting and confidence, if its empty, then its just a quiet night, if there are other cars....why are they parked there at that time of night? If its daytime, then its risky. Most people hope that every site is going to be packed with rampant couples and women, best thing to do is organise if you want a definite. If you hope for the true randomness encounter, then waiting and being confident (not overbearing) when someone does show up is key.
