Rude or respectful? There are fabbers in my gym that I recognise, both male and female, and I'd not appreciate a chat about fab with them when I'm trying to get a workout in.
Other views may be held elsewhere of course. |

I would say that's perfect etiquette
If someone approached me while I was training because they recognised me from Fab I wouldn't be very happy about it. In fact I would find it quite disturbing. Each to their own, however  |
