Charity Evening Social / Event Saturday June 26th 2010

A Charity Evenig Social / Event has been arranged to help raise funds for Selly Oak Hospital and Headley Court Rehability Centre.

When our lads come home from being injured in deployment they return to Selly Oak Hospital for treatment,,then if needed follow on to Headley Court for further treatment.

This event is too raise funds to help boost morale for the lads and get them a speedy recovery.

The evening will be held in Gloucester on Saturday 26th June 2010,, 7.30pm til late, and is a ticket event only.

The venue has been confirmed and booked aswell as the entertainment....Full Buffet--Disco--Raffle--Auction--and a Body Waxing,(Proffessionally)Possibility of a very talented musician performing aswell,,(yet to be confirmed)

The venue holds upto 200 people,and we will have a large private bar.

Everything for the evening has been kindly donated so EVERY PENNY raised will go to the charity

All details of venue will be given when ticket purchased,,

****you must bring your ticket with you on the night or entry will not be allowed****.

Ticket costs are £15.00 each,+ a free raffle ticket,,,,other raffle tickets will be available on the night.

We are limited to only 200 tickets and some have been reserved already.

If you require accommadation for the evening,,i will be happy to give you hotel details which is only 2 miles from the venue.

Please leave your name if you wish to attend the evening,OR you can find me in the wales room,, and we will contact you with payment and address details.

PLEASE NOTE THE EVENING IS OPEN TO EVERYONE.....SO ADULT BEHAVIOUR IS TO BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES AT THE VENUE.

Wow...sounds like it's going to be a great night. Please put our names down. It will be lovely to go to a social event where I can let my hair down and let someone else do the hostess bit lol. Look forward to seeing a big crowd there. xxx

For those staying over there is a hotel 2 miles from the venue,,which many are staying at,, so playtime most deffo,,, but not at the venue,,,
