It's coming up to the festive season. Work parties, nights out and generally a lot of drinking for lots of us.
Urging everyone to go make a trip to your doctors/ local GUM clinic and make sure you aren't carrying any little nasties. Nobody wants an STI for Xmas. Whether you always play safe or not, go get checked.
I will be following my own advice first chance I have over the next couple of weeks  . |
