just a thought...
Verifications are ok to a point but they can become nothing more than kind polite words (often repeated from veri to veri) that actually mean and account for very little... (There's very few veris that read "smelly breath, hairy arse, annoying stubble and smelt like Billingsgate market...oh and she had less teeth than my newborn..."
So...what about an anonymous scoring system...similar to maybe an eBay score system...marked on various areas like personality, appearance, cleanliness, sexual performance, etc etc...
That way people would be scored and obviously the higher the score the better potential of a quality meet? ?
Then if you fall under a certain % you get a lifetime ban ???

Maybe not the ban...but a scoring system would be great. .

it'd be a tick the box quick questionaire style thing on everyone's profile...then after a meet you go in there and complete the quick questions. It'd be just as quick as writing a veri if not quicker.

Must admit the idea in general is good.
But is open to massive abuse by the timewasters and the people who feel the need to abuse others, and not everybody gets on so again open to abuse.

Casper so all the veris on FAB are all genuine?? People don't actually ask others to make veris up when they've never even met just to get a veri on the board???? It's allready a flawed system and looking at other alternatives isn't such a bad idea....its like business...The businesses that have longevity are the ones constantly looking to evolve. .... |

Maybe. But how will it work for social meets and parties, also if you dont meet left, right and centre then then points wont be so secret, but do agree with a system to out time wasters or the insultive ones |

to stop time wasters you could have that the facility to score/be scored is only available to premium members ...might deter the idiots who've a new profile every week...Might then make genuine people who want to show a good score become site members in order to get the facility...which in turn increases revenue for the site... |

Unfortunately as someone else has already said, this would probably be exploited by people having spats/not being able to take no for an answer.
Mind you, any system is open to abuse, I suppose! |

this would be open to abuse. To me a verification is simply to show that they are real swingers etc., there is enough acrimony on here at the moment as it is without fuelling the troublemakers xxxx my veris are hidden only cos most ppl know im fair old but human lol |

I've already had to ask admin to remove two veri's this month from strangers who decided they'd viewed me on cam miraculously.
I don't welcome anything that could be this open to abuse.
I don't leave generic cliché veri's per se and neither do I like recieving them. |

Obviously not all veris are genuine and nor did I say that was the case. If veris were to be displayed without the recipient's consent then the system is wide open to the vindictiveness which I, as well as others, have encountered on here. If they have to be confirmed by the recipient then any derogatory veris (or scores) wouldn't be displayed. I am all for evolving but plain unworkable ideas does not constitute evolution! The idea of a scoring system is simply ludicrous |
