There will be fetish gatherings called Munches these are social meet ups.

There are fetish markets, one in Birmingham is very popular.

There are fetish websites, this is not a fetish website.

To find a latex wearing person is difficult, usually easier if you wear some yourself or are active in certain scenes or go to fetish markets etc.
