Whenever I bottom it always seems to be the same ordeal of just clenching my teeth and being in pain, any advice to actually make it feel good?

Lots of prep, finger play, tongue. Once you hurt n clench it's difficult to relax back into so you're almost starting all over again. Time is the key X

Think you may need to try lots of practice with dildos and butt plugs of various sizes to get the muscles used to the insertion.

And always use lots of lube, ignor cum and spit as lube as they really do not work that well - always go for proper lube.

I'm allergic to most lubes because what's in them is often unknown, I don't seem to experience the same issues with spit, but you're right it may not work for everyone X
