I am planning another evening at a pub in the Bridgend area. The turn out of the last one was amazing . Details of the location will be sent out a day before the event. But it will always be in the surrounding area and close to the M4. The next one shall be on the Sunday 1st Sept at 6pm.
It's a chance to relax and unwind after a long week and a great chance to meet new people and mingle with amazing friends.
There is plenty of parking and the venue does great food too.
There is no playing at the event or on the surrounding grounds.
D*unken and disorderly behaviour also will not be tolerated.
The dress code is smart casual only. Please respect this as its not a private funtion , its in a public place.
The venue is good enough to reserve an area for us and as such I'd like to have a fair idea of how many people are going to attend. Obviously with this in mind I would like to make sure it's worth the pubs time too. As such I will be implementing a 1 strike rule that if put your name down to attend but you fail to show and give no reason then you will not be allowed to attend future events.
It's too late messaging us after 6pm on the night of the social as the room is already reserved .
PLEASE ONLY ADD YOUR NAMES IF YOU'RE DEFINITELY ABLE TO ATTEND.

To attend you MUST be photo varified or have been on fab over 2 months. Please add your name on the forum or you can also PM me. Anyone new will not get the location till the day of the social and that's once you've confirmed you are definitely attending. If after the location is given and you do not attend you will not be allowed to attend again. I protect the location for a reason. Its to keep those who attend safe and I do not like giving it out to time wasters who have no intention of attending.
Please DO NOT keep messaging asking for any other Information .

Hi, To attend you MUST be photo varified or have been on fab over 2 months. Then you add your name on the forum or pm us. The location only gets given out to anyone new on the day once they have confirmed they are definitely attending. Its just so I can keep our event as private and safe. Many thanks x |

All above are added. Please can everyone attending let me know if they cant make it. Theres a one strike rule and if you dont let me know I wont send out another invite. I reserve a room especially for this event and dont want to mess the pubs time reserving a large room. Many thanks x |

Due to high numbers the room at the venue might change to the larger room we reserved before. Will keep everyone posted. There are 35 newbies so please can you let me know if you are unable to attend. Thankyou x |

Due to the large amount of people who have their names down we have now had to move rooms at the location. Details will all be sent out next weekend. Looking forward to seeing everyone and welcoming anyone whose never attended before xx  |

I'll happily meet you outside if you are afraid to walk in alone.
Everyone is very friendly and it's just a drink in a pub, run that through your mind "it's a drink in a pub" a get together with some lovely folk.
Bridgend social is super relaxed and very enjoyable |

After going to so many lovely socials I (Kong) though about doing one cooking for everyone as I enjoy it. But the get hit with all the hassle that the organisers go through. Just have do smaller group get together with folk and cook I susspose

We need confirmation on the actual day of the social. For anyone new they have to let us know on the actual day of the social and not before. The location will then be given out the same day. This id due to so many new attendees giving the location earlier and all dropping out. X |
