Just done my CBT with a friend and now looking at best next steps. Probably be a 125 sadly as friend wants to build confidence and look at DAS scheme next year or late this to get a proper bike lol. Any advice? |

A 125 to build confidence is great way, it will help grow a biker 6th sense and also give a little time to wisely consider the next bike after you have passed your test.
Buying a big bike is easy, choosing one that suits you and your needs will require a little more thought. |

Nothing wrong with the L plate route, it allows you to build confidence of being on motorcycle in world where cars are the enemy. Also, a 125 down south is just perfect for commuting in the traffic we suffer here. |

I'd forgot about that. There seems to be more choice of stops as I've noticed some smaller cafes and car parks etc with bikes outside. Just found out the pub 300m up the road from me has had a weekly bike night since April, thing is on nice evening I hear bikes using the roads around here so I didn't twig they could be going there. |
