Does anyone else have trouble working out which partner in a MF couples profile is the male or the female?
Not every couple puts male first or female first and not every couple puts names that identify gender. I find myself having to guess based on height or other features, but of course it's not always the case that the man is taller than the woman. There are other clues, if one member of the couple is bi and the other straight, it's often the woman who is bi, but again not always. Sometimes the text explains it but not always.
We shouldn't have to play detective, it would be so much easier to have a field for gender, and of course that could encompass all genders. |
