We’ve been chatting with a few people up to and including this morning, when we go to our Inbox the entire chat has vanished, although it’s still there under “sent messages”. Any ideas why this would be? |

They certainly haven’t left, their profile and pictures are all there. It’s strange, I can only assume the thread was accidentally deleted but I doubt we’d have done that. Thanks anyway |

Its very easy to accidentally delete especially on your phone. It doesn't ask you to confirm you want to delete, all you have to do is catch the bin button with your thumb and it's gone. I've done it a few times.
