Sleeping Naked Survey and why ?

we sleep naked and except for when the children were small, always have unless its really cold. There's no particular reason but it must make an awful lot of washing if you wear pyjamas or do people wear them more than once? |

My Mrs sleeps with her knee in my back and I actually contemplate murder with the spikeyness all night! Lol |

I live on my own with my two children and being their protector and only adult I sleep with some clothes on Incase I have to jump up for any reason in the night. Always yhink ahead ! |

Sometimes wear pj's only thin ones to bed. Other times I'm naked which is happening more and more these days just more comfortable and bit of freedom and air to my body |

Naked everytime ever since I was young. Either on my own or if I'm sharing my bed. I find clothing too restrictive and love the feel of skin on skin. I love to snuggle up. |

Love sleeping naked. It feels much more comfortable than having folds of clothing wrapped around your middle and you don’t get too hot during the night.

Haha, This is H, woolly socks an all, she’d wear a hat & gloves if she could!
I’m usually naked to compensate or I’d die! I’ve always been asked by partners why is my bod so hot (Temp wise anyway). It is though, I just kick out a lot of heat like a radiator & always have done.

Am I the only single person on here who has children and sleeps with clothes on? I just worry incase something would happen in middle of the night and I had to jump up in an emergency, plus why I sleep closest to my main landing and stairs. Maybe I’m just paranoid or over think  |

I've not worn anything in bed since I was 11....
I get warm very quickly and it would be like sleeping in a sauna if I wore a single stitch in bed.. and every relationship I've had since...the female has had the same sleeping attire...skin on skin is the only way to sleep.  |

We both sleep naked, at home and in hotels, and if we stay over at another person’s house, and if we have someone sharing our bed, always naked. Sleeping naked is good for what’s known as ‘sleep hygiene’, your body is better able to regulate temperature, which results in a better night’s sleep. Other things that help are clean, pressed sheets, no electronic devices in the room (aside from a clock) and using your bedroom for only sleeping and sex... lifelong chronic insomniac, these weird little things are all that’s helped. |

Naked, easier, comfier, less laundry!
Will wear a onesie when camping and shorts and T-shirt if my daughter wants to jump in my bed and always keep a dressing gown by the side of the bed if I have to get up to the kids in the night |

We were meant to be naked, we left the vag nude for everyone to see, so why cover up?
I sleep nude as I find it exhilerating when the fan is on blowing across my lying form. The comfort aspect too lol |

We always either sleep naked if we shower right before bed or her in knickers no bra and me in boxers if we showered earlier. We wouldn't have it any other way. If any of the kids friends stay over she will wear a little on vest top too |

Me and her have always slept nude. I get really warm so prefer it and lose duvet too. Its nice to have the skin Contact and its easier for touching and getting intimate and post sex cuddle up after is great. |

Yeah freedom and comfort for me too  and if it gets to cold in the winter months, I get my trusty hot blanket out lol |
