Oh brie is beautiful in toasties with cranberry sauce to cut through it.
Similar to brie but even creamier, reblochon cheese is hard to beat. I adore it in tartiflette and that's a perfect thing to make at this time of year. I also love comté. And taleggio. Oh and a really good burrata. |

I bought a nice big wedge of Oxford Blue the other day ready for christmas and a nice piece of extra mature cheddar as well.
I like a nice creamy Brie as well
A nice drop of Port and some cheese on christmas day evening for me. |

Oooohhhhh all the cheese please I love cheese, it’s why this is the only time of year I can get the good stuff in or I’d be size of an elephant!
Yes to all the Brie love, had a gorgeous creamy crumbly Wensleydale with cranberries this week, Stilton, baked Camembert with crusty rolls dipped in, also love a nutty emmental… drooling here.
When I had my daughter quitting booze was easy, caffeine slightly harder but omg I missed my “dodgy” cheeses! Ex came through and made sure there was Brie and Stilton when I got home after she was born. |

Comté, Jarlsberg, Gruyère, Truffle Brie, Vacherin, Manchego, Vintage Cheddar and Potted Stilton. Served with Membrillo quince paste, and Fig jam, with water biscuits and charcoal crackers.
Washed down with a bottle of Gould Campbell 10 year old Port. |
