And were there ever reasons why you increased or decreased your consumption on purpose? Like "I started to watch porn before every date so I don't ejaculate prematurely when the sex happens" or "I cut back porn because I couldn't maintain erection"? |

Technically never.
I do edge quite a lot, but I don't rely on visual stimulus.
I decided a while back that orgasms are way more fun when they're shared. And if I've been edging for days that vibration of need and eventual release is just fucking magnificent  |

It really varies for me. If I am going to have sex then I abstain from touching myself but I may watch porn just to increase my libido especially if I am going to a club as I can find it hard to orgasm with new people in a club environment. I still love it though ha just my stupid brain.
If I am horny and not having sex then I like to watch it when I'm alone at home. |

Not any more. Probably average a couple of times a week. I don’t really keep score.
Stopped the porn a few years ago when I realised it was starting to affect relationships. I won’t go into the whys, wherefores and psychological aspects but, imho, porn is bad. |

Once or twice a week. I wake up every day with wood and it's tempting, sometimes I'll stroke it a little, but I won't go all the way more than a couple of times a week. I got into a phase many years ago where I went straight to porn everytime, but now and for quite a few years I let my imagination do the business  |

At one point I would every night when my husband was on night shifts. It was my cocoa.
Now I might just a few times a year.
The reason I decreased it was that I became reliant on sex toys for an orgasm and could no longer orgasm with penetration alone. So, I put myself on a ban and the rabbit went in the bin.

I edge a lot, sometimes for a couple of hours a day, and I'll go up to a week, maybe 10 days, without cumming. The release after though is just amazing. Porn isn't always involved though, but I'd say 7 times out of 10 it is. |
