It depends what you mean by the term 'twinge' which can be defined as a 'sharp localised pain, sensation (or sometimes emotion)'

There are a few who definitely cause a (not unpleasant) sensation in my gentleman areas..nuts tighten and an inability to stand up suddenly without needing a jacket.

Similarly there are profiles on the site that cause a gut wrenching spasm in my diaphragm as I try to stop violently seeing my last meal return from the direction it came.

There have definitely been some profiles that have caused a twinge in my neck as I give myself whiplash trying to find a bucket of unsee juice, and possibly mind bleach.
