I spring clean the list a few times a year. If we are friends and I message and don't get a response within a week or so, then I just unfriend.
Those that are active friends, we communicate outside of Fab.
I also have two former Fab friends that live abroad and we still keep in touch - met up with one when they were home last summer. |

"Interesting🤔 .
I was looking at our list and noticed that we haven't interacted with some for years.
Next question. Do you accept friend requests from people you've never spoken to?"
I haven’t messaged some women for few months to be fair as they haven’t been active no I don’t accept friend requests from anyone now as getting older |

I don't accept friend requests from people I've not spoken to, no.
I used to not accept requests until after we'd met but that's changed now that all my pictures are public with no friends only gallery. |

No... Only if it's a 'find a friend' thread
My profile is pretty PG, so there's nothing exciting to be gained by being friends - even though we have a separate friends mailbox I still miss their messages |

Noted.
I may have a look out for you on the next 'find a friend' thread. |

My list is in single figures and I only speak to one of them regularly.
I honestly can't remember the last time I sent a message to any of the others or received one.
If I post a new pic, 3 or 4 on that list will fab it and I will fab theirs if they display a new one but that's about as far as the friendship goes.
Apart from the one person I speak to every day I know nothing about any of them, not even their first names. |

Many of them are event organisers so periodically. Others are in group chats and we chat pretty much daily. Then there are some who are inbetween - we still speak to them regularly but perhaps more like weekly. |

My friends list is either people i have met or people i want to meet with but am just chatting with at the moment.
I should put more effort into staying in contact with all of them but at the same time, they know how to reach me too

Remember when this site displayed friends list, and you could opt out of displaying your list ? It was a bit like fbook with people wanting to look like they had lots of friends |

I think you still can. Ours is hidden along with our verifications ever since someone assumed that because we'd met someone they had we would meet them too 🫣 |

I stopped displaying verifications when people were mailing my verifications for more info on me and tips to get a meet. |

Our friends list is all people we’ve met or people I’m talking to and plan to meet. If I don’t hear from people for a long time I tend to ‘unfriend’ them to keep from having loads of people in there that I don’t actually speak to. I never accept friends requests from people I haven’t chatted to. |
