I realise everyone I know will die. I've already experienced that sort of loss, and nearly been that loss for others.
It's not fun either way, losing or being the loss.

Yep. I went to more funerals as a young person than anyone I know to the point where all the important people were gone which in a round about way was comforting as there was no one left I'd be nearly as remotely bothered about if they died.
That's changed now I'm a parent but yes, am very aware. |
