It is indeed seafood tonight. I'm doing scallops wrapped in smoked Croatian bacon (cooked in bacon fat). Roes cooked in chorizo oil. Served on salad with chorizo croutons and a wild garlic pesto.
Main course will be dressed crab with lemon and garlic patatas bravas and a gridded asparagus salad with a lemon and mint dressing. |

"It is indeed seafood tonight. I'm doing scallops wrapped in smoked Croatian bacon (cooked in bacon fat). Roes cooked in chorizo oil. Served on salad with chorizo croutons and a wild garlic pesto.
