I love Wing Defence (WD) as I find it is a defensive position focused on marking the opposing team's Wing Attack (WA), intercepting passes, and preventing the ball from reaching the goal circle, primarily in the bottom two-thirds of the court.
With my extensive study of the game I can give you a more detailed breakdown if you like D?:
Defensive Role:
The primary responsibility of the WD is to defend the opposing team's Wing Attack (WA) and prevent them from gaining easy access to the goal circle.
Court Area:
Wing Defence players are restricted to the bottom two-thirds of their own court, meaning they cannot enter the attacking third or the goal circle.
Interception:
A key skill for a WD is the ability to intercept passes, disrupting the opposition's attack and gaining possession for their own team.
Defending Techniques:
Close Marking: WD players should closely mark their opponent, limiting their movement and passing options.
Interception: Be ready to intercept passes by anticipating the pass and moving into the space where the ball is likely to be.
Delaying the Attacker: A WD can delay their opponent's movement down the court, preventing them from getting into good shooting positions.
Transition to Attack:
When their team gains possession, the WD must quickly transition to their attacking side and contribute to the attack.

About 12 years ago my str8 mates told me he hadn't had sex for about 6 months. I'd never really thought about having sex with him but I just said "ok if you go a month without sex he could use me" we left it at that. Then a month later he reminded me about it.
