As a wrestling fan... Edge at the 2020 Royal Rumble still gives me chills. 9 years after being forced to retire with a neck injury, no one ever thought he would return in a wrestling capacity again and the look he gives the crowd when he comes out is something else:

Watch it with friends and you will laugh your heads off. It is absolutely awful in every regards - scripting, directing, acting. The whole thing is shot at weird angles that don't cut together properly. It's like Ed Wood was given millions of dollars and a bunch of Hollywood A-listers. |

Music wise what about ELO. Jeff Lynne brought back ELO after about 30 years and made people fall in love with them all over again and pulled off some brilliant live shows. Went to see they 4 times over a couple of years when they came back especially the big Wembley Stadium show which was brilliant. |

When he made his come back and lost mega mega weight to fight again he was asked how did he manage to shed the weight so easily. He replied that he was grilling his food fat free which of course the grill company jumped on the sponsorship wagon and signed him up. After paying him 10’s of millions in the original deal they eventually bought him out of the deal because they were and still selling loads. |

Mike Hailwood's formula 1 TT win in 1978
After his previous win on the island in 1967 he went racing for McLaren F1, where in 1978 he smashed his right ankle, so of course he decided he'd have a bash at the TT instead...
Riding a Ducati modified for a left foot gearchange (rather than the right which was the norm for Ducati at the time, the same as British bikes) he beat Phil Read on the far superior (on paper) Honda
Just to show it wasn't a freak win, he dominated the post TT races at Mallory Park
Then returned to the IOM in 1979 to win the senior on a 2 stroke Suzuki 500 before retiring for good

Hogan I'd a known lier and this had been refuted by multiple sources. Find Him Cornette on you tube on Hogan's lies...they are hilarious. My favourite is where he claimed to be drinking with John Belushi......he died 4 years before. 😆 |
