From the land of haribos.

It would be interesting to see which ones you would choose:

A Carrots

B Tomatoes

C Lettuce

D Corn

E Broccoli

F Potatoes

G Mushrooms

H Peppers

I Onions

J Brussel sprouts

K Cucumber

L Cauliflower

M Celary

N Redish

O Zucchini

P Asparagus

I would choose carrots, mushrooms and potatoes and to the carrots, what would you add to yours? Sometimes I like to add some lemon to it, it enhances the flavour and brings out the freshness too

Have never heard of lemon on carrots, I would choose carrots, red onions, and peppers, they are all delicious roasted, but I would definitely add tomatoes as they are not a vegetable

"...as for carrots 🥕 parboil then fry off with butter and honey to glaze them, sprinkle some sesame seed to finish 😋"

This sounds nice. I like to cut the tops and tails off then pack them in and stand them up in a tiny saucepan, with a tiny bit of water in the bottom and half a teaspoon of brown sugar and slowly boil them dry until they’re all caramelised. .

I agree with lemon on carrots but also try this. Tomato, carrots onion salad. Lots of lemon some salt and some hot sauce tobasco. Leave over night so the lemon draws out the sweetness in the carots and onions.. then enjoy. You can also add firm mango.

I boil cabbage. In little water and steam. Then later drink the water. It's full of iron and really good for you. Better than bought stuff i think xx

I figure that onions and tomatoes are the base for loads of dishes so I’d really miss them. "

"It would be interesting to see which ones you would choose:

A Carrots

B Tomatoes

C Lettuce

D Corn

E Broccoli

F Potatoes

G Mushrooms

H Peppers

I Onions

J Brussel sprouts

K Cucumber

L Cauliflower

M Celary

N Redish

O Zucchini

P Asparagus

I would choose carrots, mushrooms and potatoes and to the carrots, what would you add to yours? Sometimes I like to add some lemon to it, it enhances the flavour and brings out the freshness too "

What’s wrong with peas? 🤔

Carrots

Onions

Potatoes

The above have to be the most versatile base for most dishes.

Mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, courgette and cucumber are not vegetables so I’m having them too"

Hi eva, those are good choices, yes, you can have those too

Onions, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes. (I'm adding in tomatoes as they're a fruit so don't go towards my vegetable count.)
