Hyperia is fun, better at the back. Wouldn’t spend hours queuing though

Love a roller coaster.. true adrenaline fix. Upside down ones are great.. so are twisty ones.. just fast followed by a sudden slow phase.. pretty much just like sex..

When we went last year it was still getting randomly stuck all the time... was closed for an hour while they sorted it when we were there. Would like to go on it once they've sorted out those issues.

We both love roller coasters although C is in two minds now.

I got my step son into roller coasters just so I have someone to go on with.

Thorpe Park is incredible - not been on Hyperia yet but me and my step son are going soon.

A FAB day out at a theme park would be incredible 🥳

Yes, yes, yes!!!

There's some epic ones out there these days; there's a new one in Universal Orlando; a twin coaster, side by side, looks unreal! check it out on insta/tictok

I stopped going to Alton Towers after going to Florida as the roller coasters are just another level there. Not been for a few years but always check out the new rides over there.

Thorpe Park is definitely the best park for roller coasters here.

Yes, will take on anything, but prefer a smooth rather than jerky ride 🎢

Hyperia is good, weightlessness was a new sensation 👨‍🚀

Yes

But I've had a bout vertigo recently, where the room spins and it already feels you're on a roller coaster..

Going on a roller coaster like that would probably be too high a dose...

There was an old one at alton towers that was like a ufo that spun round and you effectively were lifted off the ground through the centrifugal force against the wall you were standing next to.

I think I got off and went on that again 3 times in a row as a kid.

Yep. Loved the Smiler at Alton Towers, except for the incessant music on a loop that you have to listen to while queuing

Same. Love my bike, but absolutely terrified of 'coasters after safety bar fell off the one I was on as a young un.

I used to adore them, now not so much. i think my sick trigger is a little over active these days. Bit of a problem considering i work in theme parks and attractions and quite often have to sample them!!! Perhaps its time for a change of career!
