Flashing is illegal if they can prove it was done deliberately as to offend or shock someone. If you are flashing at unconsenting members of the public and they call the police you could be arrested. You need to ask yourself Is the thrill worth the risk? |

I feel the same way about crossing the road, even at a zebra crossing, it's not worth the risk. You never know if someone will be distracted by a flasher.
Perhaps there should be some kind of signage required. Obviously there would need to rules around the size and distance from the flash-event. So people will have ample time to decide whether to consent or not. We could have designated lay-bys and that way the signage could be fixed. Reducing the element of surprise. |

Let me know if you get to the southwest on holiday or something we have quite a number of dogging locations but female visitors are a bit scarce, a bit of harmless breast flashing is not likely to cause offence in these spots after all it is not much different to ladys walking around the streets with breasts bulging out of low cut tops lol. |
