Here are some of mine lately...
Sharing a new interest with my kid.
Curling up with my dog for a nap.
Meeting up with a friend that really gets me and having a day filled with laughter and (unexpected!) singing. |

Do you still have blue skies?? I've had grey and overcast the last couple of days which has definitely given me a dip in my happiness levels.

Haha been building the retro ones, so th Nintendo, typewriter, atari, Polaroid camera, packman arcade machine. Spent a fair bit on it too... Guilty pleasure.. Keeps me busy for hours... Enjoying with glasses of processo... Pure joy! |

I'm counting days until I'm back in my favorite place.
Someone seems to have rebooted my mojo rather unexpectedly!
Oh and I'm doing my first outdoor swim this year on Sunday. A beautiful place with beautiful friends. |

Oh I love the retro range! I was so tempted by the typewriter and the arcade machine but decided that I had nowhere to put them. I have 4 billy bookcases in my office just for showcasing my Lego.
I'm sure the pleasure of building them far outweights the cost! |

This list is so great. Everything on it I was like, yes! good!
I love the idea of doing an outdoor swim. It's on my list of things to try. But somewhere pretty with people you love? Can't get better than that. |

Mostly my daughters flourishing in their own separate ways. They are so filled with joy, their sense of humour is in full effect. They had me belly laughing last night, even though my residual mood is a bit low at the moment. |

We went for a nice walk yesterday. It's a trail that I've wanted to do for years, so that was nice. Also, we're excited to take our older kids to a gig next weekend! |

I know things have happened that I should feel joy about.
Spending quality time with my boy this weekend. He's growing up fast.
My mum is going to be visiting. It's beautiful weather.
I've a secure job etc.

I failed to meet my objectives in work.
Weird thing to be joyful about I grant you, but I've never done that before and I'm a huge fan of novel experiences so I'm making the most of this one and wallowing in it while I can.
That and I had a LOT of sex over the weekend, which may have made me more mellow than usual about the thought of failing my objectives.

currently in Cyprus with my son and daughter in law he has had a bath plumbing problem and I have renewed the bath plumbed in the new fittings it doesn’t leak and I am over joyed I could do it for them
I am Not a plumber by the way. ! lol but the job is a proper job

I am actually happy to be turning 50 in the summer, I'm embracing my age and I'm thinking of how to celebrate such a milestone 
I feel appreciative for everything I have and I have a lot to be thankful for. So I guess I'm joyous for life |

The surgery was easy as it was do or die, the recovery difficult, but total joy out breathing in wonderful air in this beautiful weather |

A little old lady asked me to get some bread for her from the top shelf today, and after I’d got it for her she said “ if you need anything from the bottom shelf, just let me know “ 😂 which made me smile for quite sometime, I do like it when the oldies can still have a laugh. |
