Burrito bowls. I’ve marinaded the chicken thighs and I pack them into a loaf tin and cook them slice like shawarma. Just going to make my black beans and rice too 😋 |

This evening I had home made chicken curry with fresh red pepper, garlic & onions (all chunkily prepped) teaspoon of turmeric & 2 teaspoons of corander & a Jar of medium curry sauce with whole grain brown rice, it was delicious I must say 😋 |

I am doing my own kebabs tonight as a friend popping around. Spicy meatballs (actually made them yesterday but cooking today) with salad and tzatziki in pitta and a few homemade chips too. Then some berries with greek yogurt and sprinkled honey and few crushed nuts and a little cinnamon. Seems a nice think to make in this weather. There might be a glass of wine I think too. |
