I really wanted a steak dinner out but think I'm going to make hunters chicken and mushy peas in.. I've got prosecco on ice and had a glazed donut so we'll see if I decide to cook or go get that steak meal instead |

Getting hungry already so might have an early one. Making my famous brilliant frittata today with some side rocket and parmezan salad. Do you remember the song about it on the eponymous thread? Still makes me laugh so much.

Well, that worked out well. Very tasty.
Might be better with tagliatelle or a pasta that picks up more sauce. Also, possibly needs some parmesan through the pasta.
Note to self: it's a very quick dish to cook. Prepare everything first and then start cooking. |
