Morning lovely fabbers ….
So do you think you’ve found the ‘key to success’ with your approach to fab?
Is there a special remedy for getting to message / interact / play with those you contact?
Is there something specific that tends to lead to a response ?
(All a little tongue and cheek)

If a male not bi or bisexual. Get used to being rejected. No replies , messages deleted etc. . Live in hope ? There will be a profile that matches with you on Fab somewhere . Finding is the key ? |

Yes.
1 - Don’t assume
2 - Don’t put more energy in than you are prepared.
3 - remember, petiole are not like you.
4 - not everyone in life want the same thing
5 - just because they don’t like you, it does not mean everyone doesn’t.
And other great ways I live. |

I'd add
Don't take rejection personally and get abusive when someone says no.

"Having a pair of tits seems to be the key to success in most cases 😉
I guess this doesn’t work if you’re a man?

My tits are better than hers. |

Be respectful
Be ready for rejection - no one fancies everyone.
I’d say the biggest thing for us is to just use FAB as another option.
We look for socials, as we’d rather meet people face to face and also look at going to clubs.
We are on chat groups of likeminded people in our area and they let us know of events happening.
FAB is a huge mix of people who all use the site for so many different reasons and a lot of people aren’t looking to meet.
At least at socials and clubs you know you are meeting people who are looking to connect physically.

if only there was a “magic key” 😅
For me, I’ve found that just being genuine goes a long way. A bit of personality in the message, something that shows I’ve actually read the profile, and no pressure , just a friendly opener. If there’s a vibe, great… if not, no hard feelings.
Also doesn’t hurt to have decent pics, a filled-out profile, and … basic manners. Seems simple, but it’s surprisingly rare!
But hey, if someone has found the secret sauce please do share 👀 |

I've been here for 9 years and for exactly 5½ of those I haven't sent a single introductory message.
Every conversation I've had in that time has been initiated by women who like my forum presence and are always complimentary about how I'm not an echochamber.
Strangely enough the only negative issues I've had through the forums is also because of exactly those same reasons.
What I take from that is that there is no magic button.
There are just people on the same wavelength and being consistent throughout is what brings about those connections. |

Yes. Enjoy it for what it is. Not actively searching for a particular thing, being open to what happens.
Doing away with too much pressure and expectation has really helped me enjoy it.
And another thing.... do away with negativity. It's not sexy, doesn't make me more inclined to talk to people - quite the opposite. When I'm that way I imagine it's the same. If I'm not feeling it, don't force it. Leave it. |

Accept that 95% of people on here (and in the real world) won't be compatible with eachother and it'll go a long way to helping manage any expectations.
Be in it for the long haul, not a quick fix.
Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Use Fab as just one part of your swinging experience and get out in the real world to socials, events and clubs.
Portray yourself the best you can in your choice of profile text and visuals. You know you better than anyone else, so don't try and tailor what you write to suit others suggestions and use your imagination when it comes to photos.
Every guy has a dick. Don't make it the focus of your Fab persona.
And most of all....don't take life on here too seriously, have fun, and if/when it stops being fun, take a break for as long as it takes to feel good again. 🤷♂️ |

Just have fun working on your profile, enjoy the forums and chat and don’t worry about sending messages lol.
I think of it more like a social thing than anything else, can you get sex yeah absolutely but don’t stress about not getting any.
It’s more about finding the right people than meeting a lot of people. |
