Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough is lovely, but their long-retired flavour of "Coffee, Coffee - Buzz, Buzz, Buzz" was incredible.
Having said that, you can't beat what used to be called "Italian" Vanilla, being the whitest, purest vanilla you could get. |

Over here on the Isle of Wight, we have Minghella's Ice Cream. It's produced by the family of film director Anthony Minghella (English Patient, etc) and they make a range of incredible flavours, which blows most of Ben & Jerry's out of the water.
Nothing better than going to their kiosk on Ryde seafront during the Summer and getting cone with three flavours of your choice. |

If its a blue one you are 100% correct although all the others are nice too.
A solero would be my second choice.

I was in Turkey last week and had a double chocolate raspberry magnum. It was delicious. Never found anything like it in the uk. Chocolate shell, layer of raspberry, another chocolate shell then a chocolate sauce before vanilla ice cream. Delicious 😋 |

Quite like Judes and the LBGT multi coloured cones in Tesco. They are very lickable 
Jody Sheckter used to sell some awesome coffee ice cream with proper coffee in it at his farm shop but he's left the country now. |

It was only at the weekend that the Missus and I were talking about Mint Choc-Chip (yes, we have such intellectual discussions...) and it's a flavour which is on the way to dying out.
She can't stand it, but I rather like the stuff, but it's not my preference. This is probably a snapshot of the general opinion of it, as few have it as their favourite.
It's best enjoyed as a Cornetto - if you can still find them! |
