So I have an Instagram page for my own use. I see many crossdressers pages and other interesting people and pages worth a follow but I can't on my own page as people will see.
Can you set up a second insta page for me as Amy and keep it private from all family and friends and make sure it won't come up as a suggestion to follow etc.

Yes, I believe you can.
You can make a second Insta profile and keep it private. Other users have to apply to follow you, and you approve or decline that application. Only those you have allowed to follow you can see what you post.
I don't know whether it will suggest that private profile to people who you are connected with on the other profile, but as long as the profile picture you use (which everyone CAN see publicly) is not clearly identifiable as non-Amy you, then I think you'd be pretty safe from discovery to anyone you don't want to know.
But it's worth investigating this all on the Instagram help pages as things may have changed since I had a private profile on there. |

Current Android phones allow you to switch between different accounts for the same app and keep them completely separate. |
