It's Saturday, do you go for something different or the usual stuff. I had a bacon sandwich mid morning so just had some ftuit and a yogurt for lunch. Planning to have a duck salad this eve and a lemon and ginger fool |

The work canteen do a BBQ on the last Friday of the month.
Just had a "premium" beef burger, sans bun (and I've spat out an awful lot of cartilage and connective tissue). And some salad, which I had to request more of - they're rather stingy!! Lol.
And I had an apricot, 4 strawberries and a few raspberries too |

I’m having a carb refeed so I had spicy tuna and rice, a bagel anda chocolate biscuit. It’s the first real sweet thing I’ve ate in 6 weeks and it was so disappointing |

Just had some fabulous quiche and some cheese & onion pasty, all gluten free. It's years since Moonwitch has been able to have scrummy food like this, but we've discovered Gluten Free Kitchen bakery in Cheadle Heath! Life changing, can't recommend it too highly. Rainbow (who can eat gluten) also says it's amazing baked goods, some of the best she's had from any bakery anywhere. 🍝🍞🥖🍩🍛🍔 |

Pitta warmed up in the toaster, filled with grated carrot, shredded lettuce and pieces of chicken breast.
I grated the carrot myself and cooked the chicken breast myself.
Would have put some slices of tomato and some sweetcorn in also, but there wasn't enough room. |
