The 8 stages of eating Nutella 🍯

Stage 1 -open jar of Nutella and start with a tea spoon (make sure to savour it)
Stage 2 - throw away the tea spoon , grab a bigger spoon and continue eating Nutella until jar is empty
Stage 3 - open a second jar of Nutella and continue eating with the big spoon until you finish it
Stage 4 - you open a third jar of Nutella and continue eating
Stage 5 - this is when stomach ache appears ...and you ignore it (you continue eating Nutella)
Stage 6- you pass out
Stage 7- you wake up and open another jar of Nutella
Stage 8- you continue eating Nutella
I'm currently at Stage 5 🥴....it hurts so good 🥲 |

I bought 5 this evening... it's my "cheat" day - as in I'm cheating death even tho I'm eating all that sugar |

When you eat all the healthy stuff (leafy greens, oats, chicken breast, fish, avocado, eggs, bananas, sweet potatoes...) for most of the week, by the time the weekend comes, you craving that sugar like it's air 😅 |
