I'm talking toppings/base and dough, doesn't matter which brand.
A friend got me to try a BBQ base pepperoni pizza yesterday and I'm not going to lie, it kind of pogged off! |

My changes with mood but up there;
Tomato base always, fresh basil and then either
Buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto and black olives
Pepperoni, jalapeño and hot chilli honey
Mushrooms, olives and fresh chilli |

I'm really good with very simple Neapolitan base, with mushrooms. For simplicity and being close to the authentic Naples type pizza, I'm very happy.
Love many different pizzas but fungi works really well . Thin and crispy |

Well if I'm lucky my beautiful wife will make some fresh pizza dough which I top with a homemade tomato and herb sauce. I then add a sprinkling of cheese garlic jalapenos mushrooms ham and chorizo ten add a mix of cheddar and parmigiana and then cook it in the pizza oven.
If I'm not so lucky farm food of all places does a large 14" wood fired sour dough margarita which I add chorizo ham mushrooms jalapenos garlic and cheese too which turns out really well!
They are my new go to pizzas. |

I would never order from Papa John's again, my local one was disgusting and the next month it was closed down by the food safety inspector and never reopened again  |
