Sadly no  . But I've had a pamper evening, leftover chow mein for dinner, put hair dye on my greying hair and had a bath, shaved my legs, then I had a shower, blow dried my hair, then painted nails |

I've got a protruding/slipped disc in my lower spine. I haven't slept properly in a week.
Just fabbing random beautiful people and browsing while the painkiller kicks in. Not that I can meet anytime soon. A bit bored really  |

Ouch, I feel your pain, I have 3 bulging discs in my lower lumbar, I personally find that the prayer stretch can slightly ease the pain. |
