Photos on the profile are often fabbed, complimented and even voted for on for hot pics or forum competitions. (Best tits etc). But when you send a face pic you often get told - ‘sorry, you are not my type!’
So when you feel 10/10 for pics but 3/10 for your face, what can you do? 🤷♂️😅

Its funny isn't it. I think my body looks younger than my face and people will be surprised when they see me.
What can be done? Nothing really unless you provide face pictures early on and await the crashing silence  |

Send a face pic and get back a no thanks (which is cool) but why are you then trying it on in person not realising I’m the same person. The pic is clear and obvious it’s me. |

I am not that bothered as my pics don't get fabbed that often. So nothing to get excited about. I have accepted that and therefore not so bothered. When I have met in person then I get you look younger than your age. |

I tend to get this a lot. If I send a message and I'm lucky enough to get a reply, everything below my neck will get compliments etc.
But as soon as I send a face pic, 9.5/10 it's a "sorry not for me/us" or the message thread gets deleted. Or my favourite, getting blocked without them saying anything.

OK after a lifetime of contact sports I have a face that resembles a punchbag. I'm not very photogenic in that respect. But see me in real life I'm often told I don't look my age and I'm ruggedly hansom. Guess photos don't do me any favours |

I sometimes think my face lets me down, I look older in the face than I am and sometimes I get a bit nervous about that and people thinking I’m catfishing them 🤣 I’m told I have nice eyes though lol |

I'm basically the same. But for me, it did didn't hurt for a while when I first joined. It's only recently-ish that it has started to get to my head.
Just means that I'm not really allowing myself to get excited about getting replies anymore. |

Yes I can totally relate to this, without trying to sound conceited I reckon if my age wasn't on my profile people would presume I'm a few years younger as I do my best to stay healthy and groomed, however due to a lifetime of outdoor pastimes and sports my face is let's say weather worn and I have greay hair and it is unfortunately a stopping point for many good chats. Saying that I prefer to get a nice reply no than just be ghosted which happens most of the time. On the other hand more mature minded people have paid nice compliments and become very good friends. |

On the whole, I like my face. Not always, but mostly. I've seen better, and seen worse (by my own standards, of course!).
