What kind of road would you choose and what music?

For me a good night time drive in the rain would be on an empty motorway with Kavinsky’s Nightcall playing.

East Sussex

A well lit motorway and Radio 4 book at bedtime followed by any talk radio.

If I could drive a nice country road beckons me with some easy listening chilled out music 🎶 🎵

East London

A drive through London.

The lights, boats on the Thames, outside lit up drinking areas, huge office blocks and flats, all give me peace of mind.

I wouldn't be driving though. I imagine it wouldn't be so good for the driver.

I quite like doing it on buses, especially at Christmas.

In the rain at night would scare the pants off me.

I'm the opposite, I'd want to get out and walk if I could

I’d be worried about falling asleep listening to an audio story!

That does sound very serene. I love driving through cities in the early hours of the morning when it is pretty quiet. London on Boxing day morning is usually just perfect!

I miss my overnight road trips to Scotland...175 mile of M6 motorway tunes of choice was usually Chase and Status/Camelphat

Yeah the passengers on my bus worry about that too 😇

Worthing

If I am with someone, I'd probably talk. Night and rain are not a good mix for driving so if on my own, probably generic radio with music or talk.

A quiet motorway and I'd have my sing along at the top of my voice playlist going especially with blind melons 'no rain' and 'drive' playing
